Southern comfort food to die for..Tim's Country cookin best family restaurant in Griffin, Ga

Small venue, parking unfortunate. Food was fine. Service was great.

Very clean and very nice ppl! However the menu is a bit outdated and should be reconsidered!

I love this place very nice atmosphere. The staff is incredible and on most days, the food is delicious.

Good food, we enjoyed our visit.

Food was good, just not what was expected of a buffet. Food choices are limited and may depend on the day of a visit. When I was there, there was no rice or macaroni and cheese only mashed potatoes for a starch. But again, the food and the service was good.

If you want the best country cooking an all-you-can-eat country cooking go there it is the best

Dinner tonight: Fried chicken, black-eye peas, corn and cornbread. Every thing was delicious. Best corn ever.I started going to Tim's Country Cooking when it was in East Griffin, around 20 years ago. Food has always been great.

It was absolutely delicious real home cooking. The food was out of this world and the homemade old fashioned banana pudding with a cooked meringue on top was delicious. Great price for seniors 8.88

Small, crowded, and not a very large buffet but the food is excellent. Awesome fried chicken!

I loved the food and the hostess was great. It's a small buffet, so the selection was limited, but the taste was very good. If you go, try the banana pudding!!

Very clean and food was great actually spent less for 2 people than I spent at Zaxbys for lunch on 2 people earlier today. Highly recommend !!!

Good chicken.... Haven't had good chicken in a while. The rest was pretty good too. I enjoyed it and the service was good. Thank you for the yummy food.

All I can say is yum, yum, yum!!! I dont EVER go to a soul food restaurant unless i know for sure that the food is prepared equivalently as good as mine or better. Whoever made the brown gravy loaded with caramelized onions needs employee of the month.My food was so good. Peach cobbler is a must to try. I had homemade Salisbury steak and real mashed potatoes. Omg! It was so good. I've been to 2 other locations of Tim Country buffet restaurant. The one in Griffin, GA, is by far, the very BEST one.

Great Food an friendly people

The best places to eat are small country style restaurants in a city hi. They don't spare the fat and all on some of the cooking remind you of your grandmother is and great-grandmother's. How are usually seek out this type of restaurant occasionally because, I can't eat like this all the time I would weigh a ton. Good service and of course the place was packed out which is a great sign when you're looking for a place to eat.

This place is so nasty. No variety. No flavor. So disappointed that i just wasted $25. This is NOT country cookin. Period.

I think the name is pretty misleading.."County Cooking" it definitely is not..More like can food cooking..instant potatoes store bought rolls canned beef ect..I dont like giving bad reviews so I won't be coming back

Stopped in here while we were passing through. The fried chicken very good, the baked chicken was dry. the green beans, corn etc.. seemed like it came straight from the can. Service was great, but the food is what will having stopping some where else next time.

This is a converted house with level floors, so the handicapped have easy access. The rest rooms are also handicapped, large enough for a wheelchair. The food is well seasoned, cooked country style. Plenty to choose from: meats, vegetables, salad, fruit, and dessert bars. . Buffet style. . .drink included. Our waitress was well trained bringing our drinks promptly and coming back for refills!

Good buffet food. Broccoli/rice casserole is cheesy and tasty. Chicken is always crisp and flavorful. Potato salad is homemade and has a great taste. Fried catfish (on Fridays, I think) is worth a trip, too.
